Changed it up a bit by removing the basil and arugula and adding baby spinach. Added some shrimp and red pepper flakes for protein and flavor too.

Ingredients

3/4 teaspoon salt

3/4 pound whole-wheat fettuccine

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 medium zucchini, julienned

1 medium yellow squash, julienned

4 or 5 sprigs basil, leaves shredded

1 bunch arugula, coarsely chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)

3/4 cup halved cherry tomatoes

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
