  • 3 cups low-fat (1%) cottage cheese
  • 8 ozs reduced-fat bar cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup plus 2 Tbsps sugar
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 Tbsps all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 bags (12 ozs each) frozen cherries
