1 1/2 cups (1/4-inch-thick) slices Simply Roasted pork (about 9 ounces)

1 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper strips

3/4 cup finely shredded carrot

1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion

1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil

1/4 cup finely chopped fresh mint

1 serrano chile, seeded and finely chopped

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon fish sauce

1 tablespoon roasted peanut oil

1 1/2 teaspoons roasted red chili paste (such as Thai Kitchen)

1/4 teaspoon salt
