7 oz. Mexican chocolate, coarsely chopped (I use Ibarra)

3/4 cup chilled whipping or heavy cream

1/2 cup chilled evaporated milk

1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans (optional)

1-3/4 cups whole milk

Pinch salt

2-1/2 tsp. cornstarch
