  • 1 can (10 3/4 ozs) Campbell's® Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ozs) Campbell's® Condensed Chicken Broth
  • 1 can (about 28 ozs) diced tomatoes
  • 2 soup cans water
  • 2 large onions, diced (about 2 cups)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 large carrots, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup uncooked pearl barley
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning, crushed
  • 2 Tbsps chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Pepperidge Farm® croutons, any variety
