Ingredients for 2 servings

3 tsp cooking oil, divided

1/2 cup Vienna sausage, each link cut into 4 pieces

1 tbsp fine rings of lemongrass - see note

3 x kaffir lime leaves, torn in several places to spine

1 tbsp sliced chilies

2 x eggs, beaten in a small bowl

2 cup cooked, leftover rice - grains separated

1 1/2 tsp fish sauce - substitute with 1-2 teaspoons soy sauce
