My bars turned out tasteless and dry. Added "The Laughing Cow cinnamon cream cheese spread" to the top, made them more paletable.

Ingredients for 12 servings

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup oat flour

2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1 pinch salt

2 eggs

1/3 cup olive oil

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

4 medium carrots, grated

1/2 cup crushed canned pineapple, drained
