Ingredients

1/2 cup Low fat cottage cheese

1 Scoop vanilla protein powder

2-4 Stevia packets (or sweetener of choice to taste)

1/4 tsp Coconut extract (1/2 tsp if you really like coconut)

2 tbs Sugarfree chocolate instant Jello pudding mix

1/8 tsp Carmel extract OR 1 tbs No sugar added Hersey's carmel syrup

1/2 cup-1 cup Water (Alter this according to desired consistency)

5-10 Ice Cubes (Depending on how thick you like it, use less for a thinner consistency)

Optional: 1/2 tsp xanthan gum

Toasted coconut for topping!
