1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom

3 large eggs

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup (packed) dark brown sugar

3/4 cup vegetable oil

1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger
