Pretty good! I used spaghetti, and it turned out okay. I doubled the amount of olives. I didn't have Greek seasoning, so I used basil, oregano, thyme, and garlic powder. I tasted the fish before I tossed it in, and it needed salt big time! That all could have probably been solved if I was able to find Greek seasoning in the store.

Ingredients for 6 servings

1 lb shaped pasta, such as campanelle

3 tilapia loins, cut into bit sized pieces

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

1 teaspoon Greek seasoning

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted, quartered

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese

1/2 teaspoon minced Italian parsley
