2 pinches salt

3 teaspoons chili powder

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

3 1/2 ounces water

1 cup creme fraiche

1/2 bunch fresh mint, leaves only

1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, leaves only

1/2 serrano chili, deseeded

zest of 1 lime

juice of 1/2 lime

salt to taste
