Ingredients for 4 servings

For the Three Bean salad:

1 tin broad beans

1 garlic clove, sliced

1 pinch of salt

Water (Use as much as is needed - only if the mixture gets too thick.)

1 red onion, sliced

1 tin cannellini beans

3 tbsp olive oil

3 leaves fresh basil

1 tin borlotti beans

1 pinch of pepper

For the polenta Tart:

2 tbsp olive oil

Half a jar tomato passata sauce

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp salt

1 chilli pepper, chopped

5 oz polenta
