200 g of couscous

250 ml of hot vegetable stock

200 g of mushrooms, sliced

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 small brown onion, peeled and sliced

1 cup of silverbeet (chard) leaves shredded

juice of 1 lemon

1 tablespoon of olive oil

4 chestnuts

2 tsp of freshly picked thyme leaves

salt and pepper
