sweet rice flour:2/3 cup

vegetable oil: 1 tea spoon
Stir-fry rice cake:
dried shrimps: 2 table spoon
dried mushroom:4 table spoon
carrot: 1/3 cup
scallion: 2 table spoon
chicken stock:1 tea spoon
soy sauce: 2 table spoon
white pepper powder:some
Mix 1/2 cup sweet rice flour+1/2 cup rice flour+1 tea spoon vegetable oil in a big bow.
Mix 2 table spoon sweet rice flour+ 2 table spoon rice flour + 1/5 cup cold water to make a dough.
Divided the dough into quarters and Boiling them for 1.5 minutes.
Put these cooked quarters back to the big bowl.
Mix everything in the big bow to make a dough.
Divided the dough into 3 parts.
Steam these 3 equal parts for 25 minutes.
Cool them down and slice them into 1/2 inch-thick rounds.
Slice pork,dried mushroom,cabbage,carrot and scallion.
Preheat a sauce pan with 1 table spoon vegetable oil.Add sliced pork and part of sliced scallion.
When the pork turns brown, add dried shrimps, sliced dried mushroom and the other sliced scallion.
Add sliced cabbage. When the cabbage turns soft, add chicken stock ,soy sauce and 1/2 cup water.
Add the sliced rice cakes and keep cooking about 10 minutes.
Serve with some white pepper powder and enjoy.
