2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

4 x cloves:garlic, minced

1 can cannellini beans, 19 oz, rinsed

2 tbsp red-wine vinegar

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper

1/2 cup fontina cheese

2/3 cup toasted breadcrumbs
