Chicken thigh: 5 slices
Basil: 1 cup
Sliced Onion:1 cup
Sliced Ginger:1/2 cup
Sliced Garlic: 1/4 cup
Soy sauce: 3 table spoon
Black vinegar: 2 table spoon
Cooking wine: 1 table spoon
Sesame oil : 1 tea spoon
Water: 1/2 cup
Put the chicken thighs in a sauce pan and fry them until the both sides turn golden brown. (No oil needed)
Transfer the chicken to a bowl and leave the chicken oil to stir fried the sliced ginger.
Add sliced onion and sliced garlic. Keep cooking about 3 minutes.
Put the chicken thighs back to the sauce pan. Add some chili+3 table spoon soy sauce+2 table spoon black vinegar+1 table spoon cooking wine+1/2 cup water. Keep cooking about 8 minutes.
Add the basil and stir fry about 2 minutes then add 1 tea spoon sesame oil and keep cook about 1 minute.
