Ingredients for 2 servings

170 grams dried penne

1/2 stalk  broccoli

1 cob  sweet corn

4 medium tomatoes on vine

1 european wiener

1 tbsp olive oil

to taste salt and pepper

1 tsp dried basil

3 tbsps  white wine

Preparation

Cut corn from cob

Cut broccoli to bite size

3.

Cut tomato into cubes

Slice wiener

Boil water to cook penne following package instruction

Use a pan comes with a lid. Preheat the pan to high heat, add olive oil to the pan, toss in the corn and broccoli. Add white wine. Give it a quick stir and close the lid for 2 mins.

When corn is cooked, add tomatoes and wiener. Reduce the heat to medium. Stir, and close the lid for another 2 mins.

8.

Drain penne. Stir in penne to the eat of the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
