My shrimp and gnocchi didn't get that nice crunchy/grilled sort of outside but it still was yummy. Bit sure what I did wrong?

3/4 pound large shrimp (about 30 pieces), peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary

1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

1 cup frozen potato gnocchi

1/4 cup fresh peas

1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion
