1 tablespoon oil

2 teaspoons annatto seeds or a little red food coloring (optional)

1/4 cup (60 ml) honey

2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce (or 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce mixed with 2 teaspoons soft brown sugar)

4 teaspoons lime or lemon juice

1 teaspoon sesame oil
