1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup +3 tablespoons hot water (over 100 degrees)

2 to 3 teaspoons canola or grape seed oil for first stage of cooking

1 cup canola oil for second stage
