I have made something similar to this which requires four eggs. The reason the full recipes and directions are not given is that they want us to buy a subscription. There are lots of free recipe apps for IPad or iPhone and pages on Facebook where the recipes are free and awesome!

Ingredients for 8 servings

¼ cup water

1 ½ teaspoons cornstarch

½ cup plus 1/3 cup sugar

3 cups chopped rhubarb

1 cup chopped strawberries

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 ¾ teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup milk

8 tablespoons (one stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
