1 Package of Pillsbury pre-made chocolate chip cookie dough
1 Package Double Stuf Oreos
1 Jar caramel ice cream topping
1 Box brownie mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line 8×10 or 9×13 pan with parchment paper.
Press cookie dough evenly across the bottom and pre-bake for 5 minutes.
Prepare brownie batter according to instructions on box.
Add a layer of Oreo cookies.
Slowly pour or spoon caramel sauce over oreos.
Pour brownie batter over everything.
Bake 35-45 minutes. They will appear slightly under baked.
Cool completely before lifting parchment paper out of pan.
Slice into small pieces, cutting through the middle of each oreo.
* Optional: Serve warm with Cookies 'n' Creme ice cream & hot fudge or caramel toppings!
