1 large Carrot, peeled, diced small

1 cup Red Cabbage, diced small

3 tbsp Tahini paste

3 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Mustard Seed

0 pinch Garlic Powder

0 pinch Black Pepper

0 pinch ground Ginger

1 tbsp minced Dried Onion

a handful of chopped fresh Cilantro (reserve some for garnish)

1 x Avocado, diced small

a splash of Lemon Juice to prevent avocado browning
