1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

1 tablespoon (7 g) paprika

1 tablespoon (8 g) garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon Sucanat

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil

1 tablespoon (15 ml) liquid smoke

1/4 cup (60 ml) water, a touch more if needed, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) at a time
