1 x Cubanelle, Anaheim, banana pepper, or roasted green chile, cored, seeded, diced

Pinches of ground cayenne or chipotle pepper for heat, to taste

Several pinches of Old Bay Seasoning

4 x cloves of garlic, minced

4 cup vegetable broth

1 can pumpkin or squash, 15 oz.

1 can black beans, rinsed, drained, 15 oz.

5 medium red potatoes, peeled, diced

1 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro

Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste

1 x drizzle of honey or organic raw agave

Fresh lime juice, to taste

Lime slices

Fresh chopped cilantro
