10 ounces white beans, cooked or high quality canned

1/2 orange, zested

4 ounces garlic, chopped

High quality extra virgin olive oil

Olive oil

4 stalks of celery, chopped

2 pounds octopus

Dry white wine

1 1/2 pounds whole lobster
