  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsps fresh gingerroot, peeled and finely minced
  • 1-1 1/2 cup onion , finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1-2 small fresh chili peppers , minced
  • 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
  • 5-6 garlic cloves , minced
  • 14 ozs coconut milk
