FOR THE VINAIGRETTE -- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar

4 x large garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp Dried Oregano

1/4 cup good olive oil

1 tsp Kosher Salt

1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper

FOR THE TAPENADE --- 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons green olive tapenade

1/4 cup finely chopped pepperoncini

4 cup FOR THE SALAD --- thinly sliced iceberg lettuce

0.50 pound thinly sliced hard salami, sliced into 1/4 inch strips

5 x Bocconcini per person

12 x green olives

pinch of dried oregano

6 x large basil leaves, cut into a chiffonade
