1 zucchini

1 squash

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

1 egg, beaten

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme leaves

1 teaspoon minced fresh tarragon leaves

1 teaspoon Cajun spice
