1 cup (130 g) confectioners sugar

2 tablespoons unbleached all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon vanilla

drop or two of milk

1 (14-ounce/397 g) can fruit filling of your choice (blueberry, strawberry, cherry, etc), or you can use jam

2 cups (260 g) sifted confectioners sugar

1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla, rum, or almond extract

2 to 3 tablespoons milk

dark green sugar

dark lavender sugar

yellow or gold sugar
