1/2 cup chopped tomatoes (or use 1/4 cup of salsa as salad dressing)

2 tbsp green pumpkin seeds

7 sterol-fortified crumbled tortilla chips

2 tsp lime juice

2 tsp canola oil

2 tsp rice wine vinegar

1/2 tsp sugar

Salt and pepper to taste
