I only used ground turkey because I don't eat hamburger or pork. The milk is unnecessary because when the loaf was finished it was too moist and almost watery, which is highly unusual when using ground turkey because it requires some moisture because of the lack of fat unlike hamburger. Next time I'll omit the milk.

Ingredients for 6 servings

2 tsp canola oil

1 clove garlic

1 large Spanish onion

2 lbs ground beef, lean

1 lbs ground pork

1 cup Grape nuts

½ cup whole milk

2 eggs

2 tbsp horseradish, prepared (strained)

1 tsp worcestershire

1/4 tsp kosher salt

1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper

1/3 cup and 1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped

1/4 cup flat leaf parsly, chopped

2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
