Healthy-Ish Version Of Grandma's Potato Salad

chopped, boiled potatoes -chilled

chopped, hard boiled eggs

chopped kosher dill pickles

greek yogurt


white vinegar


spicy brown mustard




whisk the yogurt, oil, vinegar, mayo, mustard and s/p together to taste. (The point of the yogurt is to eliminate the mayo, but some is needed to keep it from being too bitter) add to potatoes, eggs and pickles.
