All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Corn Starch 1.5 tea big spoon
Chopped Scallion 1 tea big spoon
Salt 1/2 tea spoon
Vegetable Oil 1 tea big spoon
Water 1/2 cup
Mix up. ( All purpose flour 1/2 cup +Corn Starch 1.5 tea big spoon+Chopped Scallion 1 tea big spoon+Salt 1/2 tea spoon+Vegetable Oil 1 tea spoon+Water 1/2 cup )
Put 1 tea spoon oil around the fry pan and preheat the pan. Once the pan is hot, put 1/2 of mixing.
When the mixing turns golden brown,put a egg on top. (low heat)
When the egg is cooked, fold the pancake.
Serve with ketchup or chili sauce.
