Made this as 5 layers in a LeCreuset terrine. Baked it covered for the first 25 minutes. Turned out wonderful.

You might need about a jar and a half of marinara sauce and a little more than 4 cups of ricotta cheese and sausage! Other than the, GREAT recipe:)

Ingredients for 6 servings

12 lasagna noodles, uncooked

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 (16-oz) pkg. Johnsonville Italian Ground Sausage

1 medium onion

2 clove garlic, chopped

1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce

4 cup ricotta cheese

1 large egg

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cup fresh spinach, lightly packed and chopped

2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tsp dried oregano
