1 tablespoon grated ginger

1/2 cup fresh mint leaves

Coriander Paste

1 1/2 kg pumpkin , chopped

1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

1 teaspoon caster sugar

1 cup fresh coriander leaves (cilantro)
