Just over 1 pint (625 milliliters) tepid water

2 courgettes (zucchini), sliced and char-grilled

Filling

Sea salt

Maldon sea salt

A bunch basil, leaves ripped

A handful sun-dried tomatoes

A good drizzle extra-virgin olive oil

Just over 2 pounds (1 kilogram) strong bread flour

A handful black olives

A drizzle olive oil

2 artichoke hearts, char-grilled and sliced
