2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin (1 packet)

sweetened whipped cream

1 1/2 cups cold heavy cream

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup light brown sugar , lightly packed

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

2 teaspoons grated orange zest

crystallized ginger , for dercoration (optional)

1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

15 ounces canned pumpkin (Not pie filling)

1/4 cup dark rum

1/2 cup granulated sugar
