6 parts Lemongrass-Thai Chili Vodka (See below)
5 parts Pink Grapefruit Juice
1 part (on the plus side) Lemon Juice
1 part (on the minus side) Simple Syrup
To make vodka: Add 2 lbs of chopped lemongrass and 3 or 4 chopped Thai Chilies (depending on how much heat you want) to a jar. Cover with vodka. Seal, and let sit for 3-4 days. Filter vodka twice, and store in refrigerator or freezer.
Mix vodka, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice in cocktail shaker. Shake and pour into martini glass.
