1 Pinch pepper

2 pickerel fillets, skin on , about 1-1/4 lb (625 g)

2 tbsp butter

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 tbsp butter

1 cup finely chopped mushrooms

1/4 cup chopped onions

1 clove garlic , minced

1/2 cup whipping cream

1 tbsp lemon juice
