1 scant tablespoon yeast

1 15-oz can pumpkin puree

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

3 1/2 - 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
