Ingredients for 8 servings

4 Chunks O’ Fruti frozen fruit bars in your favorite flavor

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon confectioner’s sugar

1 box vanilla wafer cookies

3 strawberries

chocolate syrup

Preparation

1.

Whip 1 cup of heavy cream with the vanilla and confectioner’s sugar until stiff peaks form.

2.

Unwrap and seperate four Strawberry Fruti bar from their sticks. Allow to soften slightly and whip with 1 cup of heavy cream.

3.

Line a pan with plastic wrap and place a layer of Fruti whipped cream on the bottom and top with vanilla wafer cookies.

4.

Add a thin layer of the vanilla whipped cream.

5.

Add a layer of cookies.

6.

Add a layer of Fruti whipped cream. Continue the pattern until you reach the top of the pan.

7.

Fold the remaining plastic wrap over the top of your ice box cake and freeze for 4 hours.

8.

To serve, remove the ice box cake out of the pan and top with cut strawberries and chocolate syrup.
