2 chicken breasts
6 tbsps flour
40 ml milk
6 tbsps bread crumbs
2 tbsps garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Set your oven to 195 C. Chop your potato into chip shapes and keep the peel on!
Sprinkle olive oil and salt and pepper over them and leave them on the side.
Pop your flour, milk and bread crumbs in separate bowls. Mix garlic powder into the crumbs.
Get your chicken breasts, with one hand roll in flour and then in milk. Then with the other roll in bread crumbs so they're completely covered!
Pop into the oven for half and hour on a foil covered tray - or for however long it takes for the chicken to be white all the way through.
