3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

3 tablespoons chopped mild herbs

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons garlic powder

CREOLE MUSTARD SAUCE

1 tablespoon black pepper

2 tablespoons salt

2 tablespoons minced shallots

1 tablespoon onion powder

A couple of sprigs of rosemary, soaked in olive oil
