Ground pork: 1.5 lb
Big tomato :5
Big white onion:2
Shredded Mozzarella cheese:1 bag
Salt : 2 big tsp
Ground black pepper: 2 big tsp
Making the tomato "bowls":Horizontal cut the top of the tomato about 1 inch, and remove the seeds. Repeat the step for each tomato.
Making the stuffing: Chop 2 big white onions and 2/3 garlic. Saute the chopped garlic with 1 big tea spoon vegetable oil (medium heat). Then stir fry the chopped onion. When the onion turns brown, add the ground pork. Stir fry the ground pork with salt and black paper. Add 1 cup of water and keep cooking the pork about 15 minutes.
Put the stuffing to the "tomato bowls".
Put shredded Mozzarella cheese on the top.(as much as you want)
Preheat the oven to 350 F and put the stuffed tomatoes in the oven 20 minutes.
Serve with some garlic bread and enjoy.
