2 tablespoons lemon juice

3/4 cup raspberry jam (about 6 oz.)

1 cup (1/2 lb.) butter, at room temperature

2 large egg yolks

2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt
