Ingredients for 16 servings

1/2 c cooked quinoa

1/2 c cooked mashed black beans

1/2 c chopped walnuts

1/2 c sunflower seeds

1 scoop unsweetened nature's plus spiru-tein high protein energy meal - simply natural chocolate

1 Tbsp cocoa powder

1/2 c dried cherries

1/4 c peanut butter

1/4 c unsweetened dried coconut flakes

2 tsp flax seeds

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp baking soda

3/4 tsp salt

2 Tbsp blue agave maple syrup

1 tsp cinnamon

1 Tbsp local cinnamon honey

Preparation

mix together

spread in greased 8x8 in baking pan

cook 25 min at 350

4.

cool completely

5.

cut into 2x2 bars

6.

refrigerate up to a week
