I couldn't get halibut so I used sea bass. Delicious with the leeks and tarragon vinegar. I will make this again with no changes.

6 cups 1/2-inch-thick sliced leeks (about 4 medium)

3/4 teaspoon kosher salt, divided

3/4 cup golden raisins

2 1/2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar

3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided

4 (6-ounce) halibut fillets
