1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup sweet black soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 1/2 tablespoons minced ginger

1 teaspoon minced garlic

5 Thai bird chiles, or 1 jalapeno, chopped Garnish

2 green onions, sliced diagonally into paper-thin slivers
