Grilled Vietnamese Shrimp + Vermicelli

Marinade for Grilled shrimp: Take one pound of thawed medium raw shrimp (tail-on) and marinate for 30 minutes in the following ingredients:

4 TBSP fish sauce

1 Whole lemongrass Stalk (Grated)

2 TBSP Organic sugar

1 TBSP of sriracha

2 Cloves of Fresh garlic

While the shrimp are marinating, soak 8 to 12 bamboo skewers in room temperature water.
